Translate Long Text with Browser

Translate Long Text with Browser provides a cleaner reading, copying, and downloading workspace for your browser’s built-in Translate Page feature.

Why this tool exists

The developer frequently needed to translate lengthy articles that exceeded the character limits of ordinary translation interfaces. This web tool was created so you can paste much longer passages and translate them using your browser’s full-page translation feature.

One limitation: the tool cannot start full-page translation automatically. You must select Translate page in your browser yourself.

How to use

1. Open Your Pasted and paste or type your text.

2. After a fresh paste, the tool opens Translated with a translation guide. In Chrome or Edge, choose Translate page from the browser menu or address bar, then choose your target language. You can also switch tabs manually.

3. When translation activity is detected after a fresh paste, the tool can gently scroll through Translated and open Compare if the result appears ready. You can interrupt this by touching or scrolling. Translation-on-scroll behavior varies by browser; check the text before relying on it.

4. Copy the translated text or download a TXT file.

The bars under Translated and Compare turn dark red when translation needs checking. Scroll to the bottom of Translated; the bars turn green only after the ending shows translation changes and most of the text appears translated. Some names and short phrases may remain identical. This is an estimate, not confirmation from the browser translation service. Please check the result before relying on it.

To download bilingual TXT, choose Bilingual .txt. Each original and translated section is labeled (a) and (b), with sections separated by ---.

Text Formatting Notice

For a cleaner reading experience, this tool may automatically simplify or remove certain formatting and layout elements from pasted text.

The processed text is used for reading, translation, comparison, copying, and TXT export.

Some original formatting may be lost or altered. Please keep a separate copy of important content and do not use this tool as your only backup.

Privacy & safety

Text you paste, edit, copy, and export is handled in your browser. WWWNO1 does not collect, upload, or save your pasted text on its servers. The developer does not receive or have access to the content you enter through this tool.

Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information, passwords, or personal data. Although this website does not collect or store your text, that does not eliminate risks from third-party services or software.

Browser translation is separate from this website. Depending on your browser and its translation provider, translating a page may send its text to an external translation service. Please review your browser’s privacy practices before translating anything sensitive.

Browser compatibility

This tool relies entirely on your browser’s built-in Translate Page feature. If your browser does not support it, or its translation feature fails or becomes unavailable, this tool cannot guarantee a translated result.

Translation technology

This website does not include an AI translation model, a separate translation engine, or its own translation API. Translation is performed through the browser’s full-page translation feature, which must be started manually.

Controls

Use MD to preview Markdown formatting, and A↓/A↑ to change text size. Changing Markdown preview rebuilds the reading area; you may need to translate the page again.
